Martin brings over 30 years of project and construction management experience to Colony. Martin has a proven track record in successfully completing projects in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors and fosters a great relation with the many parties that make up the project team. In addition to project and construction management, Martin has practical experience in scheduling and construction estimating while working for both General Contracting and Engineering firms.

• Martin's done a really good job. The communication paths have been good. It seems like Martin is interested in making sure that we're a happy customer. We gave Colony some specs as per loadings and so on for the roof, and there's a bit of coordination involved there. Fortunately Martin was able to do some of that with the crane company and take a bit of load off my plate by doing that. I think pretty highly of Martin.
