Phoenix Buildings

Colony is excited to offer a new clear span, cold rolled framed, engineered building to our ever-growing line of buildings available with the Colony Building Solutions Division. Developed to meet the needs for small scale, maintenance-free structures, the Phoenix building is designed entirely out of cold rolled, secondary steel. This creates a building that is typically more effective in design then small rigid frame buildings, saving both material and labour costs.

Our Phoenix buildings are developed for use by customers with light industrial, agricultural and residential needs, who are looking for relatively small, low cost, structures. In order to keep the prices of our Phoenix buildings low, they are offered in standard widths (24', 30', 36' and 42') and standard eave heights (12', 16' and 18') and virtually any length. In the Phoenix building doors, windows and many architectural finishes can be detailed into the building. Wall and roof panels come in a standard AWR panels and are available in a variety of colour options. All our Phoenix buildings come with an engineered stamp, designed to suit specific building codes in your area.

With the complete set of assembly drawings we provide, these buildings can easily be assembled with a small crew over a couple weekends. Or take the worry out of the assembly and let our experienced crew hand over a completed structure.
