Martin's done a really good job. The communication paths have been good. It seems like Martin is interested in making sure that we're a happy customer. We gave Colony some specs as per loadings and so on for the roof, and there's a bit of coordination involved there. Fortunately, Martin was able to do some of that with the crane company and take a bit of load off my plate by doing that. I think pretty highly of Martin.

I really like Colony's approach to respecting the original design concept... we had the design well developed as kind of a conventional steel building before Colony came on board and we had to make a few compromises, but it wasn't a dumbing down of the project, it was kind of stream lining of the design. A very good collaboration. What I enjoyed is the fact that this wasn't seen as kind of just another job but there was an enthusiasm about doing something a little bit different and that really helped the process.

I think probably some of the real advantages, as we've been going through the design and of course budgeting process, is the quick response we get on the turn around. If we say. Well what if we do this? What this going to cost us? Or if we are looking at potential cost savings, the response time between Colony working with Behlen has been very quick in allowing us to make decisions quickly, which is a real advantage.I think it's certainly been the cycle time to get answers on budget questions and the impact of design changes on our budget as far as the building goes, has been a lot faster working with Colony, kind of I guess everything, one stop shopping, if I can call it that.I guess the deciding factor was primarily that Colony was able to deliver the building that everybody wanted within our budget and the added bonus to that was the ability to work with us to fine tune the design and I think improve the building.
